schuh in London Stratford is seeking a Store Manager to lead a passionate team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, motivate staff, and manage everyday store operations to meet KPIs.

You will recruit, train, and develop talent while upholding schuh’s values and standards. A focus on profitability, visual merchandising, and strong leadership will help you succeed in a busy high-street environment.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in retail or customer service
Experience managing a team and driving KPIs
Coaching and developing team members to improve product knowledge and service
