The role requires prior leadership in a retail or hospitality setting, with a focus on metrics, staffing, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Co‑lead the store with the store manager to meet financial targets and customer satisfaction.
• Own and manage areas such as compliance, labour planning or local marketing.
• Lead the store leadership team with clear roles and accountability for results.
• Forecast staffing needs and participate in recruitment and selection.
• Lead partner training to ensure successful onboarding and development.
• Act as store manager when required with full operational accountability.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends and implement improvement actions.
• Drive cost control and profitability through planning and waste management.
