Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, co-leading daily operations and delivering outstanding commercial, operational and people results. You’ll be empowered with direct accountability for key business areas, from compliance to training and local marketing, and will step in as acting store manager when needed.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead store alongside the Store Manager to drive commercial and operational results.
• Own business areas such as compliance, training, and local marketing.
• Lead the store leadership team with clear roles and accountability.
• Forecast staffing needs and participate in recruitment and selection.
• Oversee partner training and ensure onboarding is effective.
• Act as store manager during absences with full accountability.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans based on performance trends.
• Drive cost control and profitability through resource planning.
