Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of KPIs including labour efficiency and sales performance.
• Ensure shift deployment meets planned roles and routines.
• Coach and give feedback to partners.
• Act as duty manager during shifts and uphold brand standards.
• Use data to improve shift performance and train partners on quality and service.
