Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to deliver commercial results and outstanding customer experience.
• Take ownership of KPIs including labour efficiency, waste reduction and sales performance.
• Ensure shift deployment meets planned roles and routines and adjust to optimise customer experience.
• Coach and develop partners, provide feedback and recognise achievements.
• Act as duty manager when scheduled and uphold health and safety standards.
