Starbucks is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic store team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will own daily operations, partner engagement, and performance metrics, setting the standard for service and commercial results.

You will guide staff through training, coaching, and the rollout of new initiatives, ensuring health and safety standards are maintained while delivering the Starbucks experience across shifts and locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team in a dynamic, fast-paced customer-focused retail or hospitality environment.
• Champions mission and values to deliver the Starbucks experience for customers and partners.
• Ability to translate metrics into actions and manage people and operations priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on delivering commercial results and world-class customer experience.
• Take ownership of KPIs including labour, waste, and sales performance.
• Ensure shift deployment meets planned roles and routines, adjusting to optimise customer experience.
• Coach partners, provide feedback, and recognise achievements.
• Act as duty manager during shifts and ensure brand and operational standards are met.
