Robert Dyas is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a strong team and deliver excellent customer service. You will coach colleagues to improve loyalty, drive turnover and achieve KPIs in a dynamic retail environment.

You will work closely with the Manager to manage costs, stock, promotions and store standards while developing talent and supporting an engaging customer journey across channels.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints professionally to drive loyalty.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent service and upsell.
• Ensure targets for sales and KPIs are understood and met.
• Manage controllable costs efficiently within budgets.
• Build relationships with store peers and Retail Support to manage stock and promotions.
