Robert Dyas Store Supervisor role focused on supporting the store management team to drive turnover and revenues while delivering exceptional customer service. You will act as a brand ambassador, lead by example, and train colleagues to maximise performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will be responsible for maintaining visual standards, store security, and policy compliance, with the ability to step in for management when needed and to oversee timekeeping and weekly staffing.
