Starbucks is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, drive commercial results and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll own operational standards, engage partners and monitor KPIs while coaching the team to greatness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail or hospitality environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts to deliver commercial results and world-class customer experience.
• Manage KPI performance including labour efficiency and sales.
• Ensure shift deployment aligns with planned roles and routines.
• Coach and provide feedback to partners (staff).
• Act as duty manager during shifts and uphold standards.
• Lead new initiatives and store-level product launches.
• Train and develop partners to sustain quality and service.
