Job summary

CEVA Logistics, based near Coventry, is seeking a Stock & Systems Manager to oversee stock integrity and system management at our Ryton-on-Dunsmore operation. You will lead a team of stock clerks, troubleshooters, and a WMS specialist, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely updates to clients.

You will drive continuous improvement in WMS usage, collaborate with central teams on changes, and report performance metrics to support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have experience in inventory management within fast-paced logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and their practical use.

Responsibilities

• Coach and supervise a team of stock clerks, troubleshooters, and a WMS Super User.
• Oversee stock integrity, locations, and system accuracy to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.
