Job summary

CEVA Logistics in the UK is recruiting for a Systems and Reporting Coordinator at our Derby site. The role supports day-to-day WMS operations, data accuracy and KPI visibility for operations teams, reporting to the Systems and Reporting Manager.

You will work with operations, planning and support teams to resolve data issues quickly, ensuring reliable site performance data for decision making. On-site, Monday–Friday, with potential Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in an e-commerce environment with focus on data, reporting and KPIs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate data into clear information.
• Confident in using Excel, pivot tables, data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) per standard processes.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure correct system usage and data capture.
• Identify, log and escalate WMS or reporting issues impacting service or data integrity.
• Produce accurate daily and shift-based performance reports and dashboards.
• Validate KPI data and highlight anomalies, inconsistencies or risks.
• Maintain reporting discipline and KPI definitions and documentation.
• Assist in performance variance investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Provide structured data extracts to support analysis and root-cause identification.
• Prepare performance packs for operational and customer forums.
