Job summary

Dunelm’s Stoke Campus Distribution Centres require a Warehouse Operations & Systems User to support stock accuracy and efficient operations. You’ll work with Goods-In, Inventory, Quality, Health & Safety, HR and Transport to keep warehouse systems running smoothly and meet service goals.

You’ll monitor data, resolve issues, promote a safety culture and help drive continuous improvements across the distribution centre, ensuring timely stock movement and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution or logistics environment.
• Good understanding of warehouse management systems and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause identification.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of warehouse systems to ensure stock accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain system data, identify issues and work with teams to resolve them.
• Promote health, safety and compliance culture across the distribution centre.
• Collaborate with Goods-In, Inventory, Quality, Transport and Warehouse Operations.
• Ensure processes are followed, identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide guidance on WMS processes and best practices to colleagues.
• Investigate and resolve stock, system and operational discrepancies.
• Produce and analyse reports to support decisions and drive performance.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align with business priorities and customer service.
• Support projects, system developments and change initiatives across the site.
