Job summary

Woodland Group is seeking a Warehouse Stock Administrator for its Coventry site in the West Midlands. You will manage stock across WMS/OMS systems to ensure accurate order fulfilment and traceability, with ad hoc admin duties such as labeling, scanning, and data input.

The role requires cycle counts, stock maintenance, and a proactive approach to process improvements. Hours are 09:00-18:00, Monday to Friday, with a permanent full-time contract at Coventry.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse administration or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with warehouse management systems and inventory control software.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock is in the correct place at the right time to complete orders.
• Stock maintenance and accountability; accurately storing and recording stock information.
• Monitor discrepancies and investigate stock problems; provide feedback on customer queries.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships; participate in continuous improvement programmes.
• Perform cycle counting and PI counts; support projects and other duties as required.
