Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operative at our UK site to maintain stock accuracy and support efficient warehouse operations.

You will perform stock checks, record transactions in the WMS and assist with Goods In and replenishment activities to ensure customer expectations are met. The role requires proficiency with Excel, pivot tables and data analysis, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work flexibly across shifts, including nights and weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with stock checks and data entry.
• Proficient in Excel pivot tables and basic data analysis.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Physically able to perform manual tasks and lift heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Carry out P.I. checks to maintain stock accuracy across pickfaces and storage locations.
• Record stock in accordance with inquiries and update Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare and analyse management reports to meet site KPIs.
• Handle Goods In queries and replenishment issues to meet customer expectations.
• Support QA and handle ad hoc departmental tasks as required.
• Operate Excel pivot tables and data analysis tools to support reporting.
