Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Stock & Systems Coordinator for our Northampton site, a high-volume retail operation. You will own stock integrity, monitor inventory data, and resolve system issues to support fast-paced fulfillment.

The role requires experience in warehouse inventory or systems-focused work, strong data interpretation, and proactive problem-solving. A full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits within a logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse inventory or systems-focused role
• Strong understanding of stock control processes and WMS
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret data/trends
• Confident communicator who can build relationships across internal teams and customer stakeholders
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for stock and systems queries, supporting the operation and escalating where needed
• Monitor and analyse inventory data using WMS and reporting tools to ensure stock integrity
• Investigate discrepancies, stock loss and system issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Support daily inventory activity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting KPIs and service levels
• Collaborate with operational teams, digital partners and customer stakeholders to resolve issues and drive improvement
