Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Northampton is seeking a Systems & Data Specialist to maintain stock integrity, optimise inventory data and support operational teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will be the DLX and WMS/WCS expert for inventory functions, with responsibility for data accuracy, system performance, and issue escalation to the Stock & System Manager. The role requires flexibility to support a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse inventory systems-focused role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data interpretation.
• Confident communicator across internal teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for digital partners and managers regarding inventory issues.
• Be a strong and experienced DLX, WMS/WCS User for all inventory functions.
• Escalate issues within the Inventory Department to the Stock & System Manager.
• Analyse warehouse management system data and be conversant with reports available.
