Qualifications

• Experience using WMS systems.
• Strong IT skills with Excel or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Methodical approach with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the finance and admin team with data reporting and general admin tasks from receipt through to despatch.
• Stock assembly and preparation using provided tools and systems.
• Check and respond to emails.
• Collate hours worked across areas and prepare reports for admin manager and management team.
• Investigate stock issues and resolve or escalate as needed.
• Utilise a WMS to maintain work documents and records.
