Job summary

GXO is seeking an Inventory Team Leader to drive accuracy and efficiency in our fast-paced Wellingborough site. You will lead a team, manage stock control, and ensure strict adherence to SLAs using DLX/Red Prairie and advanced Excel.

The role is full-time on a 5-out-of-7 shift pattern, 10:00–18:00, with a salary of up to £32,000 plus pension, dental insurance and other support programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational teams in fast-paced warehouses.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data handling.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (DLX/Red Prairie) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory team to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Create/improve/maintain logs, files, spreadsheets, and SOPs.
• Perform cycle counts, stock checks and data audits.
• Support stock and finance investigations and data provision.
