Job summary

Strive Supply Chain is seeking a Stock Demand Planner / Merchandiser in Stevenage. You will own stock planning, forecasting and inventory performance across a high-SKU product range, coordinating with Buying, Operations and Finance to ensure product availability while optimising stock investment.

The role requires strong analytical ability, advanced Excel skills, and a commercial mindset; hybrid working with a 3/2 split is offered alongside a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock planning and demand forecasting across high-SKU ranges.
• Strong commercial mindset with analytical ability.
• Exposure to international manufacturing is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own stock management across high-SKU categories.
• Forecast demand and reforecast based on trading activity.
• Manage WSSI and trade plans; review weekly sales and margins.
• Lead weekly trade meetings with recommendations.
• Collaborate with Buying, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance.
