Job summary

Catering is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Planner in Camberley with hybrid working and flexi time. You will support product flow across sites, balance stock targets and minimise supply risks while ensuring customer requirements are met.

You will collaborate with commercial, demand planning and logistics partners to maintain smooth operations and improve supply chain performance across the network.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Commercial and Demand Planning teams to understand forecast changes and challenge assumptions where appropriate.
• Create and manage purchase orders and communicate forecasts to key third-party suppliers.
• Work closely with Customer Services and Order-to-Cash teams to support timely order fulfilment.
• Coordinate transportation between manufacturing sites and logistics providers.
• Manage SAP MRP activities, stock reconciliation, inventory rotation, shelf-life monitoring and stock investigations.
• Resolve IDOC and inventory discrepancies to maintain stock accuracy.
• Produce daily out-of-stock reports and communicate inventory risks across the business.
• Review supply chain performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
