Job summary

Spider in North London is recruiting an Inventory Planning Manager to join a fast-growing luxury homeware retailer. You will own forecasting, replenishment and stock management across the full product portfolio, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability.

Working 40 hours per week with hybrid working, you will leverage data analysis, ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel to optimize inventory performance and support the brand’s ambitious growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in inventory planning or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret inventory and sales data.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/MRP systems, Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory planning, forecasting and replenishment across the full product portfolio.
• Raise and manage purchase orders; coordinate inbound shipments and supplier relations.
• Analyse historical sales trends, demand patterns and seasonal forecasts to develop inventory plans.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards on stock availability, accuracy and working capital.
