Job summary

ProCook are seeking an experienced Merchandise Planner to define category strategy and deliver stock requirements across all channels. You will drive promotional and pricing activities to grow sales and profitability, while maintaining accurate range and trading plans and coordinating with Buying and Supply Chain.

This full-time hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days remote at our Gloucester location. Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail merchandising environment.
• Solid knowledge of range and category management.
• Strong forecasting and planning abilities with data-driven focus.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the category strategy across ProCook channels.
• Forecast demand and manage stock and promotions to drive growth.
• Maintain range, trading and markdown plans with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Buying, suppliers and Supply Chain on stock and orders.
• Provide weekly/seasonal analysis to senior stakeholders.
