Job summary

Hollister Incorporated in Winnersh, UK, is seeking a Demand Planner to support SKU-level forecasting and the S&OP process. You will work with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Operations to create accurate forecasts and align supply plans with demand.

The role emphasizes collaboration across functions, participation in MYP/AOP processes, and ongoing improvement of forecast accuracy and inventory management. A hybrid work pattern applies, with 4 office days and 1 WFH day per week.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in demand planning with cross-functional teams.
• BS/BA in business or math-related discipline.
• Experience with SAP IBP / S&OP processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts using SAP IBP and statistical forecasting methodologies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to develop monthly and annual demand plans.
• Analyze statistical forecasts and identify key demand drivers, trends, and building blocks impacting future demand.
• Facilitate alignment with Global Operations and Business Units to establish a monthly Consensus Demand Plan.
• Develop understanding of customer and business unit demand patterns to provide insights and forecast assumptions.
• Support product lifecycle planning, including new product introductions, transitions, and end-of-life management.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in forecasting accuracy and planning processes.
