Job summary

Parkside is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Planner to manage product flow across multiple sites, ensuring on-time delivery while balancing inventory.

Hybrid role in Camberley with flexi time; you will collaborate with Commercial, Demand Planning, Customer Services and Logistics to optimise stock and reduce supply risks.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Commercial and Demand Planning teams to understand forecast changes and challenge assumptions.
  • Create and manage purchase orders and communicate forecasts to key third-party suppliers.
  • Support timely order fulfilment with Customer Services and Order-to-Cash teams.
  • Coordinate transportation between manufacturing sites and logistics providers.
  • Manage SAP MRP activities, stock reconciliation, inventory rotation and shelf-life monitoring.
  • Resolve SAP/IDOC and inventory discrepancies to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Produce daily out-of-stock reports and communicate inventory risks across the business.
  • Review supply chain performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Provide clear communication on supply issues, delays and customer service impacts.

Job Title - Supply Chain Planner

Location: Camberley - Hybrid working and flexi time

They are looking for a proactive and analytical Supply Chain Planner to join their team and play a key role in ensuring product availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels across their network.

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will support the management of product flow across multiple sites, ensuring customer requirements are met while balancing stock holding targets and minimising supply risks. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, manufacturing sites, and logistics partners to maintain a smooth and efficient supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Commercial and Demand Planning teams to understand forecast changes and challenge assumptions where appropriate.
  • Create and manage purchase orders and communicate forecasts to key third-party suppliers.
  • Work closely with Customer Services and Order-to-Cash teams to support timely order fulfilment.
