Job summary

Crocs is hiring a Stock Associate in Swindon to receive and organise shipments, stock the sales floor, and maintain an orderly stockroom. You will support inventory counts, assist in various departments, and help drive sales and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and organise new shipments that arrive throughout the week, helping to ensure all items are properly labelled, tagged and stocked in designated areas.
• Maintain consistent operational standards, both on the sales floor and in the backroom through coaching training and accountability.
• Manage an organised and tidy stockroom, ensuring easy access to products for the sales floor. Arranging footwear by size, style, and type for efficient restocking.
• Assist in regular inventory counts and stock audits to maintain accurate records and avoid discrepancies. Support the store team in meeting and exceeding performance metrics including sales, consumer service, and other targets
• Proactively contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that encourages the sharing of suggestions, ideas, and concerns
• Learn & assist in various departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support team members in the daily execution of retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotion of loyalty programmes, and maintenance of cleanliness and recovery standards
• Adhere to Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

What You'll Bring to the Table
