Job summary

Culina Logistics in Stafford is seeking a Stock Administrator to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role involves accurate stock administration, reconciling stock versus system data and escalating any discrepancies. Working hours are 7am–7pm on a 4 on/4 off rotation.

You will generate stock reports, handle stock queries, investigate discrepancies, process returns, and maintain precise transaction records across our network and external sites.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• PC literate with MS Excel experience.
• Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute stock reports to internal and external customers.
• Process stock queries within agreed timeframes, providing customer care.
• Investigate discrepancies and processing dispute procedures.
• Process returns and inter-depot cross documents.
• Pursue stock rejections and returns throughout the network.
• Process system transactions to correct stock balances.
• Maintain accurate transactions in outside warehouse database.
• Investigate outstanding, incoming, outside and missing pallets.
• Perform empty location checks as required on the system.
• Record and escalate internal and external non-conformances.
• Complete general administration paperwork filing.
• Carry out other duties as reasonably required.

Job Description

Our Stafford site have an exciting opportunity for a Stock Administrator to join their friendly team on a full time permanent basis.

As a Stock Administrator you will be responsible for providing accurate stock administration, reconciling actual stock against system stock, investigating discrepancies and escalating non-conformance.

Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm.

Key Duties of Stock Administrator:

• Creating and distributing stock reports to both internal and external customers.
• Processing stock queries within agreed timeframes, providing customer care.
• Investigating discrepancies and processing dispute procedures.
• Processing returns and inter depot cross documents.
• Pursuing stock rejections and returns throughout the network.
• Processing system transactions to correct stock balances.
• Maintaining accurate transactions in outside warehouse database.
• Investigating outstanding, incoming, outside and missing pallets.
• Empty location checks as required on the system.
• Recording and escalating internal and external non-conformances.
• General administration paperwork filing.
• Other duties as reasonably required.
