Job summary

Great Bear (Part of the Culina Group) are recruiting for a Stock Administrator at our Dagenham site on a full-time permanent basis.

Salary is £27,675 per annum, with 4 on 4 off days from 6am to 6pm. You will maintain stock integrity, receive goods, manage the pallet database and investigate discrepancies using our WMS.

You will liaise with management and Goods In to ensure accurate despatches, raise daily/weekly reports, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Management and Operational staff to ensure accuracy of received and despatched loads.
• Manage with Receipt and Despatch Team the problem pallet area.
• Amend pickfaces to maintain stock integrity and complete checks.
• Hold and Release process management.
• Assist in managing the pallet database.
• Investigate and report short shipments accurately.
• Complete daily and weekly reports.
• Support Stock Management with investigations.
• Support Goods In team in receipting processes.
• Manage booking in diary and liaise with hauliers regarding delays.
• Handle additional duties such as handovers, missing pallets, and damage control.

Our Dagenham site are now recruiting for a Stock Administrator on a full time permanent basis!

Salary: £27,675 per annum

Working hours: 4 on 4 off days, 6am-6pm.

As a Stock Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining the stock integrity and receiving of goods in within the warehouse. With an eye for detail and excellent investigative skills you will already have stock control experience and knowledge of WMS.

Key Duties of a Stock Administrator

• Liaise with Management and Operational staff to ensure accuracy of received and despatched loads and amend/rework accordingly.
• Manage, in conjunction with the Receipt and Despatch Team, the problem pallet area.
• Accurately amend pickfaces to maintain stock integrity ensuring all checks are completed first.
• Responsible for managing the Hold and Release process.
• Assist in the management of the pallet database.
• Fully investigate and report accurately all short shipments.
• Completion of reports required on a daily and weekly basis.
• Assist Stock Management with investigations.
• Work with the Goods In team and assist with receipting process.
• Manage the booking in diary and liaise with hauliers/suppliers regarding late deliveries.
• Responsible for any additional responsibilities such as handovers, missing pallet investigations, damage control and samples.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.

• PC literate and experience in MS Excel.
• Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions.
• Self-starter, ability to work using own initiative.
