Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is recruiting for a Stock Administrator at our Dagenham site on a full-time, permanent basis. Salary £27,675 per annum with a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (6am-6pm).

You will maintain stock integrity, receive goods, and use WMS effectively, supporting the Receipt and Despatch teams to ensure accurate loads and pallet handling. Ideal candidates have stock control experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Management and Operational staff to ensure accuracy of received and despatched loads and amend/rework accordingly.
• Manage, in conjunction with the Receipt and Despatch Team, the problem pallet area.
• Accurately amend pickfaces to maintain stock integrity ensuring all checks are completed first.
• Responsible for managing the Hold and Release process.
• Assist in the management of the pallet database.
• Fully investigate and report accurately all short shipments.
• Completion of reports required on a daily and weekly basis.
• Assist Stock Management with investigations.
• Work with the Goods In team and assist with receipting process.
• Manage the booking in diary and liaise with hauliers/suppliers regarding late deliveries.
• Responsible for any additional responsibilities such as handovers, missing pallet investigations, damage control and samples.

Our Dagenham site are now recruiting for a Stock Administratoron afull time permanent basis!

Salary:£27,675 per annum

Working hours:4 on 4 off days, 6am-6pm.

As a Stock Administrator you will be responsible formaintaining the stock integrity and receiving of goods in within the warehouse. With an eye for detail and excellent investigative skills you will already have stock control experience and knowledge of WMS.
