Job summary

Miller & Carter Otterspool, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen. You will run a section, train staff, and support the Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control. You’ll ensure high standards and brand consistency on a branded menu.

• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
