Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef for Miller & Carter - Chertsey in Ottershaw. You will lead a kitchen section, train staff, and support the Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control while upholding brand standards and service quality.

Qualifications

• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

• Assist Head Chef with ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Train, mentor and develop junior kitchen staff.
• Maintain brand standards and menu consistency.
• Ensure high standard of hygiene and safety compliance.
