Miller & Carter Otterspool is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food and team development. You will lead a kitchen section and step in for the Head Chef when required, ensuring smooth service and excellent results.

Formación

• Passion for serving great food.
• Ability to train and motivate staff.
• Strong leadership to run a kitchen section in absence of Head Chef.

Responsabilidades

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
