Responsibilities

• Food Preparation - prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards while ensuring food safety.
• Station Management - oversee the production of dishes at your station and keep area stocked and clean.
• Quality Control - maintain high quality, presentation and taste.
• Team Collaboration - communicate effectively with team members and assist colleagues as needed.
• Menu Development - collaborate with head chef to develop and taste new recipes.
• Cleaning and Maintenance - keep kitchen area clean and equipment in good working order.
