Overview

Static Shift Fabric Engineer – Location: Euston Square (Static Site). Salary: Up to £36,000 basic (DOE) + Package + Pension. Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Monday to Friday).

A leading hard services FM maintenance contractor, specialising in Air Conditioning and Commercial Heating across healthcare facilities, has recently secured a new static site contract and is looking for a skilled Static Fabric Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general fabric maintenance duties within a static site.
• Carry out basic electrical and plumbing repairs (e.g., fixing leaks, hanging radiators).
• Complete carpentry tasks such as door hanging and floor matching.
• Assist site engineers with maintenance tasks where required.

Requirements

• Experience in fabric/building maintenance within a commercial or healthcare environment.
• Qualification in Carpentry, Painting & Decorating, or another relevant building services trade.
• Must be commutable to Euston Square.
• A valid driving licence is essential (a van may be included in the package).
• Must be able to pass an Enhanced DBS Check.
