Qualifications

• Senior or staff-level designer with experience in Content Design, UX writing, or Interaction Design.
• Proficient in using structured data and familiar with language-based modeling.
• Experienced in Prompt Design and optimization using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to evolving problem spaces.
• Strong collaborator comfortable discussing product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Spotify’s approach to content and conversation design for AI.
• Prototype and experiment with large language models for AI interactions.
• Champion ethical, inclusive AI communication and mentor other designers.
• Mentor designers and writers to improve design fluency.
