Job summary

Synthesia is seeking a Staff Product Designer to own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, shaping governance, analytics, and integrations. You will collaborate with product and engineering leaders to set direction, scope ruthlessly, and deliver scalable design across enterprise workflows.

You will work in a hybrid setup, influencing roadmap decisions and solving complex privacy, compliance, and scale challenges in a fast-growing AI video platform for enterprises.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, large-scale product surfaces such as admin dashboards, governance layers, or analytics platforms.
• Ability to read and reason about technical architecture and APIs.
• Strong collaboration across product and engineering to influence roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration.
• Design governance and compliance systems with admin and compliance stakeholders in mind.
• Develop fluency in APIs, widget architectures, and developer hub patterns to support scalable UX.
