A healthcare trust in the UK is seeking a Band 5 nurse to join a dynamic renal nursing team in Liverpool. You will provide specialist outpatient care to dialysis patients in a supportive environment. Required qualifications include a current NMC PIN, and experience in dialysis is preferred. The role involves managing treatment and collaborating with medical teams to ensure patient safety.
An exciting opportunity for a band 5 nurse to join a dynamic, motivated team of renal nurses who deliver a high standard of specialist outpatient care.
You will be working in a friendly and supportive environment providing comprehensive care and support to dialysis dependent patients. We currently have 24 stations running 07:00 – midnight Monday – Saturdays providing approximately 396 dialysis treatments a week. We also have haemodialysis units at Warrington, St Helens and Halton hospital and there may be occasions when you will be asked to support at one of these clinics.
Student nurses in the UK awaiting NMC PIN will be considered. All other applicants must have a current NMC PIN number included in the application. Applications without a full NMC PIN will not be considered.

The post holder will be responsible and accountable for the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care. Work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team and undertake delegated tasks from the ward sister/charge nurse. Following successful completion of foundation gateway will be required to take charge of ward/department for a span of duty.
