Staff Nurse – Ortho/Spinal/Neuro Ward

Location: The Wellington Hospital, St Johns Wood NW8 9JG. Permanent contract. Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Sunday rotation with flexibility for long days, nights & weekends. Salary competitive plus shift allowance & benefits.

Overview

We’re looking for a Staff Nurse to join our Ortho/Spinal and Neuro Inpatients team at the Wellington Hospital, currently rated “Good” by the CQC. As the Staff Nurse, working within our surgical unit, you will plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of nursing care whilst working within a multidisciplinary team, supervising and directing junior staff and temporary staff. You’ll demonstrate good clinical practice at all times and be accountable for your actions, contributing to setting clinical standards, policy, procedures, research‑based care and other practice development initiatives.
