TipTopJob is offering a permanent Registered Nurse position in a nursing home in Norwich, Norfolk. The role requires current NMC registration, and you will provide person-centred and dementia care to residents, working in a supportive team.

A competitive hourly rate is offered with day and night shifts available. You will lead and coordinate care plans, adhere to NMC guidelines, and collaborate with relatives and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current active NMC pin.
• Experience working in a care setting is preferred.
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
• Administer all medication and treatments within NMC guidelines and company policy.
• Ensure care plans are completed and maintained with residents, relatives and other health professionals.
• Report any ill health amongst residents and arrange GP/professional visits when necessary.

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and companys medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill:health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• 1+ Year NMC registration
• Well:developed time management and leadership skills

Benefits

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of GBP23.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to GBP57,408 per annum.
