Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home near Wroxham, Norwich, delivering high-quality nursing and dementia care within a warm, homely environment.

You will join a stable, professional team in a permanent role offering day or night shifts. The position offers £22.00 per hour, up to £54,912 per year, and a generous benefits package including pension, paid training, enhanced DBS, and rewards for service.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
• Experience in a care setting preferred.
• Strong team player with good communication.
• Excellent time management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and company policy.
• Ensure care plans are maintained with residents, relatives and health professionals.
• Report ill-health and arrange GP/professional visits when necessary.

A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Wroxham, Norwich area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This nursing home offers nursing and dementia care, with a warm and homely person-centred approach from a stable and professional team

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting

• Able to show a can-do attitude always
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
