  • Willingness to learn and self-starter attitude.

Overview

We're recruiting across a range of inpatient settings, including:

  • Adult and older adult acute mental health wards
  • Psychiatric intensive care wards
  • Rehabilitation and high support wards

You will be working alongside dedicated multidisciplinary teams, using your skills to deliver person‑centred care in line with our values of kindness, fairness, ingenuity and determination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience of working within mental health setting
  • Experience of working within Multi‑Disciplinary Team
  • Experience of admission and discharge process
  • Experience of working within framework of Care Planning Approach
Essential Knowledge
  • The Mental Health Act 1983 and Code of Practice.
  • Legislation relating to discharge and aftercare.
  • Care Planning and Management
Desirable Skills
  • Clinical Risk Management.
  • Previous experience of working on an acute Mental Health ward, Evidence Based Practice.
  • Communication Skills
  • Excellent Inter‑personal Skills
  • Ability to negotiate constructively.
