Mint People is seeking experienced Retail Bar & Kiosk Team Leaders to support operations at stadiums, arenas, and venues across Manchester and the Northwest. You will lead a small team, manage service, cash handling, and stock, while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Weekly pay from £13.90 per hour with enhanced rates by venue and experience. This temporary role offers flexible shifts and growth opportunities with top clients in live events.

Formación

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in bars, hospitality, or events.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence handling cash, stock control, and operational procedures.
• Proactive, professional attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Personal Licence holders are advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee food and beverage service ensuring speed and quality.
• Manage cash handling, till operations, and end-of-shift reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment during service.
• Ensure kiosks and service areas are prepared and maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues quickly.
• Support venue management with operational reporting and targets.

Your Role

As a Retail Bar & Kiosk Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient service, excellent customer experiences, and strong team performance throughout each event.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of 4-8 kiosk staff during service.
• Briefing team members before events and ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities.
• Overseeing food and beverage service, ensuring speed, accuracy, and quality standards are maintained.
• Managing cash handling, till operations, and end-of-shift reconciliations.
• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment throughout service.
• Ensuring kiosks and service areas are fully prepared before opening and maintained throughout the event.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with food safety and licensing regulations.
• Handling customer queries professionally and resolving issues quickly to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Supporting venue management with operational reporting and performance targets.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within bars, retail catering, hospitality, events, or stadium environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and maintain high standards in fast-paced settings.
