Mint People is seeking a confident Retail Bar & Kiosk Team Leader to support operations at stadiums and venues across the Northwest. You will oversee service, lead teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Your Role

As a Retail Bar & Kiosk Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient service, excellent customer experiences, and strong team performance throughout each event.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing cash handling, till operations, and end-of-shift reconciliations.


• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment throughout service.


• Ensuring kiosks and service areas are fully prepared before opening and maintained throughout the event.


• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with food safety and licensing regulations.


• Handling customer queries professionally and resolving issues quickly to ensure a positive guest experience.
