Roles include Retail Bar, Kiosk or Team Leader duties with cash handling, stock control and end‑of‑shift reconciliations. Weekly pay Friday, pay £10.85–£13.45/hour, depending on venue and experience, with flexible shifts.

• Confidence handling cash, stock control, and operational procedures.
• A proactive, professional attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Personal Licence holders are advantageous but not essential.

Mint People are looking for confident, energetic, and experienced Kiosk Staff to support operations at some of the UK's most exciting stadiums, arenas, event venues, and hospitality destinations across Lincoln.

Your Role

As a Retail Bar, Kiosk or Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient service, excellent customer experiences, and strong team performance throughout each event.
