Job summary

Mint People in the United Kingdom is seeking a Retail Bar & Kiosk Team Leader to oversee operations at stadiums, arenas, and live events across Nottingham and the Midlands.

You will lead teams, manage cash handling, stock, and service standards while delivering outstanding guest experiences in fast-paced venues. Weekly pay and flexible shifts are offered with competitive hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to manage cash handling, stock control and till operations.
• Professional customer service mindset with strong communication.
• Personal Licence holders advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate kiosk teams to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Oversee cash handling, tills, and end-of-shift reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Ensure kiosks and service areas meet cleanliness, food safety and licensing standards.
• Resolve guest queries promptly to maintain high satisfaction.

Mint People are looking for confident, energetic, and experienced Kiosk Staff to support operations at some of the UK's most exciting stadiums, arenas, event venues, and hospitality destinations across Nottingham and the Midlands.

Your Role

As a Retail Bar & Kiosk Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient service, excellent customer experiences, and strong team performance throughout each event.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing cash handling, till operations, and end-of-shift reconciliations.
• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment throughout service.
• Ensuring kiosks and service areas are fully prepared before opening and maintained throughout the event.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with food safety and licensing regulations.
• Handling customer queries professionally and resolving issues quickly to ensure a positive guest experience.
