Job summary

Mint People is seeking confident, energetic Kiosk Staff to support operations at stadiums, arenas, and event venues across Lincoln and the Northwest.

As a Retail Bar, Kiosk or Team Leader, you will oversee cash handling, stock checks, kiosk readiness, and compliance with food safety regulations while delivering excellent guest experiences. We offer weekly pay and flexible shifts with pay rates from £10.85 to £13.45 per hour and opportunities to advance into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or events is preferred.
• Ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments.
• Confident handling of cash and stock processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash handling, till operations, and end-of-shift reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment during service.
• Prepare kiosks and service areas before opening and maintain them during events.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and licensing compliance.
• Handle customer queries professionally to ensure a positive guest experience.

Your Role

As a Retail Bar, Kiosk or Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient service, excellent customer experiences, and strong team performance throughout each event.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing cash handling, till operations, and end-of-shift reconciliations.
• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment throughout service.
• Ensuring kiosks and service areas are fully prepared before opening and maintained throughout the event.
