Job summary

Mint People is seeking confident, energetic Kiosk Staff and Team Leaders to support operations at stadiums, arenas, and events across Manchester and the Northwest. You will contribute to smooth service, lead teams, and deliver excellent guest experiences.

Weekly pay (Fridays) and competitive rates from £13.45 per hour apply, with enhanced rates for experience and venues. Join us for exciting venues and flexible shifts across busy event schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced environments is essential.
• Ability to lead teams and maintain service standards.
• Personal Licence holders are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing cash handling, till operations, and end-of-shift reconciliations.
• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment throughout service.
• Ensuring kiosks and service areas are prepared before opening and maintained during events.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Handling customer queries professionally and resolving issues to ensure a positive guest experience.

Your Role

As a Retail Bar & Kiosk Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient service, excellent customer experiences, and strong team performance throughout each event.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing cash handling, till operations, and end-of-shift reconciliations.

Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment throughout service.

Ensuring kiosks and service areas are fully prepared before opening and maintained throughout the event.

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with food safety and licensing regulations.

Handling customer queries professionally and resolving issues quickly to ensure a positive guest experience.

A proactive, professional attitude with a passion for customer service.
