Job summary

Mint People is seeking a confident Retail Bar & Kiosk Team Leader to support operations at stadiums, arenas, and events across Birmingham and the Midlands. You will lead teams, ensure quick, friendly service, and uphold safety and licensing standards during busy event periods.

Key duties include cash handling, stock coordination, ensuring kiosks are prepared, maintaining cleanliness, and resolving guest queries to deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Managing cash handling, till operations, and end-of-shift reconciliations.

• Maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with food safety/licensing requirements.
• Handling customer queries professionally and resolving issues quickly to ensure a positive guest experience.

Your Role

As a Retail Bar & Kiosk Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient service, excellent customer experiences, and strong team performance throughout each event.

Your responsibilities will include:
