Momentus Technologies is looking for a strategic and people-first Senior Director of Professional Services to lead a diverse and high-performing team across Technical Services, Project Management, Consulting, and Implementation. This role is responsible for setting the vision and operational strategy for our enterprise delivery practice in the EMEA region; ensuring our customers experience seamless implementations, exceptional service, and measurable value.
You'll lead and develop a group of managers and team leads while working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align services with business goals and customer outcomes. You'll also drive improvements to delivery methodologies, operational metrics, and team performance keeping quality and scalability at the forefront.
*Position can be located in the UK or Germany
