An alternative provision organization is seeking an enthusiastic mentor to support young people aged 9-16 through outdoor learning and sports-led activities. The ideal candidate loves sports, is calm under pressure, and effectively connects with young people. Full-time hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm, starting as soon as possible. Competitive pay at £93 per day, with potential for a permanent role after 12 weeks. This role offers meaningful work in a relaxed, supportive environment.
If you're someone who comes alive outdoors - kicking a ball around, walking the fields, throwing a rugby pass, or just chatting in the sunshine - then this could be your perfect role.
We're supporting a fantastic alternative provision near Eastleigh that helps young people rebuild their confidence through movement, routine, and good old-fashioned fresh air.
It's the kind of place where students (and staff!) learn differently. Where a morning stroll replaces a classroom. Where conversations happen while playing, not at a desk. And where the environment itself helps young people feel calmer, safer, and more open.
Fancy coming in for an informal look around? You'd be so welcome.
