Sponsorship Sales Manager - Business Development - Digital Event Solutions

100% new business / own your accounts!

Negotiable Salary (Depending on Experience) PLUS fantastic uncapped OTE (£70,000 - £120,000)

Worldwide digital events company looking to double in size by 2027.

Start June - July 2025

We are looking for Media Events and Sponsorship Sales people to work across 3 different sectors, source and close vendors to sell / pitch their solutions to pre-selected potential customers. Monthly round table digital events make this very lucrative for both client and vendor and you and your commission. Fantastic opportunity for growth!

Transactional sales, quick close, 2-4 deals per month!

Candidate requirements:

  1. Hunter, leader, industry experience in events / sales / sponsorship
  2. We are looking for hungry, driven, motivated B2B event sales or sponsorship sales professionals. 100% Business Development mindset, hands-on
  3. A unique and dynamic sales and sales leadership role (Entrepreneurial)
  4. Lots of autonomy - Self-starter/entrepreneurial mentality!

The opportunity - Role:

  1. A new business sales role, sourcing companies with solutions for other companies and presenting them. Then building your own sales team!
  2. B2B sales role generating video sales meetings for pitching intermediary solutions to help clients sell their solutions.
  3. Closing deals (Average £10,000 - £50,000) (Renewals up to £120,000) and arranging meetings with up to 5 other businesses with a need for their solutions. (Sales pitch always virtual)
  4. Monthly opportunities for these companies to sell into other organizers - you are the enabler, the intermediary, the fixer.
  5. Setting up digital pitches for your clients to sell their solutions (scheduled virtual events)
  6. Selling solutions to high-level decision makers
